House is best known for its Chinese minimalist design. As you enter through a grand plain black door, you walk into a place that is magical and filled with character. This isn’t your typical tea house, but it is an art gallery.

Exhibitions featuring China’s greatest artists are put on display and changed every couple of months. Chairs that stand 12 feet tall surround the magnificient dining room. Overall, dining at the Green Tea House brings you peace and happiness. Their tea is also amazing.

The Whampoa Club is one of Beijing’s hottest restaurants. It was designed by the famed Neri & Hu Design and Research Office. The entry to the restaurant is impressive as you feast your eyes on a hundred hanging bird cages. The main dining room is underground with a glass ceiling. Lunch at the Whampoa Club is divine as you dine underneath the sun.
