The second story loft is lined with German literature, travel guides, and picture books. Have dinner, drinks, or coffee and discuss politics, the news or whatever you fancy. Every book is available for purchase.
Sitting elevated above the main dining area provides a relaxing view of the grand pillars and patrons as they dine on fine cuisine. The saloon is decorated with Baroque furniture and classic candalabras. Framed antique pictures hang above a Victorian piano.

The restaurant is a favorite amongst diplomats around the world. George W Bush, Bill Clinton, and Ben Kingsley have dined here previously. Every month, world reknown authors are invited to talk about their best sellers in the saloon.
